Default Update: 3 Nov 13

Was able to source what appear to have been a decent set of used injectors and got them installed yesterday. Along with that I was able to re-install the ICV mount with new Lord Mounts, a new FPR and a new (used) J Boot.

What makes the most sense to me is to send in the old injectors for servicing/matching. Assuming all are still serviceable (which as they are working at least to some degree, I would think would be the case) I will get them cleaned, serviced and matched. That should be as close as possible to a new set of stock injectors without the $$$$ price (Wow, what an expensive part!)

Car started fine and seems to be running just fine. Of course I will not really know that until I take a trip to the CA Smog.

Finally it was almost scary to handle the wiring. Clearly I need to order the wiring harnesses from LR and replace ASAP. There were a couple of times I thought I had broken wires.

And I'm getting much better at pulling and re-installing the intake manifold! As they say, kindergarten got easier for me each year!! :-)

Call me before you attempt installing the LR harnesses. I can save you some time and cursing. Overall, they are a very nice package, but certain instructions leave a lot to be desired. I installed all of them about six weeks ago.
