Anybody wired a harness for a tow hitch? I have one that uses phantom power so that the trailer does not draw power directly from the rear lights, but rather pulls from the electrical system. So my questions - where did you wire the power lead? Directly to the battery or is there an unused fuse terminal? And where did you pull the wire through the firewall?

Any help would be appreciated.

I just wired a Curt controller in and took power from the rear lights. Should not be a problem given the size of trailer you can pull.
