Default Replacement Rear Springs for KW V3 Setup

I've deleted my T-Bars and the V3 setup doesn't nearly come with hard enough rear springs. I'll be picking up the RE lower shock mounts because of the added strain.

I'm pretty sure what I'm looking for is a 500-550 lbs. rear spring set with 2 1/4" width and 5" height. Is this correct?

Anyone with experience in this, chime in please.

While I can't say which spring rates will work best and match the fronts, I know that the V3 has a good range of damping adjustment and should be able to handle a wide variety of spring rates.

Do the KW's have spherical bearings, or rubber bushing mounts? The RE mounts are only for 1/2" spherical bearings, and will not work with any of the rubber bushings that use the factory 14mm bolt.

What are the front spring rates and what were the existing rear spring rates?

If I recall 340 and 285 and v3 is all rubber oe style non compatible for spherical.

As for spring rates for the V3, below is part of a correspondence with KW about that, also I don't recommend them for track; I killed my front shocks in 12 events..

That will work you can go to a 485 in the rear and 540 in the front and
be good. But if you do in fact do that there will be no warranty for
your shocks

Don't KWs also use 60mm diameter springs? I thought I had heard that, but I could be wrong.

My front springs measured about 2.4", so 60mm is about right.. cant remember if the rears were the same.

The rear springs are the same diameter and should be no issue with the tran oil cooler lines.
