Default Complete Turbo Engine Value

I am pulling the turbo engine from my 1986 car. I will be sellling the complete setup. Includes EVERYTHING. And I do mean everything, Oil cooler, Rad, expansion tank, exhaust, clutch, AC compresor, PS pump, KLR / DME, etc, etc.

I wont need any of it because I am swapping in an LS engine.

I looked on ebay for comps. Not sure if the one on there will be as complete as mine.

Actual mileage on mine? Unsure. Odometer read 151k when I got it 9/2009 but was not working. Car has passed CA smog test twice now. the last time was 18 months ago and has been sitting since. I have never driven this except to get it working to pass emmissions (once to register it and once for its bi-annual). The first time I took it in, it was a mess. One of the injectors was missing a pintel. So I rebuilt the injectors at Witchhunter. Replaced the MAF. Installed a Lindsey crossover delete. Replace the dried out vacuum lines. installed new fuel regulators, just about everything you can think of. It runs clean and the turbo seems fine. I still have the smog test results.

What do you think I should ask for this?

Good point about x-post. This wasn't really a for sale ad. I was really just looking for price guidance. When I get all the rest of the bits and pieces out, I will post in the for sale forum.

I am not going to part out. I have enough stuff taking up valuable space. I just want it all gone at one time.

Have hot compression and leak down tests performed before you pull it. that will help determine the value.

Too late for that. Already started tearing it down. I never did either of these tests on it.

$3k CAD for a new long block seems fair enough. Maybe I'll shoot for $2k USD for my whole assembly.
