Kiss Oil Cooler install

Well it has been said that the only stupid question is the one that goes unasked. Well this one could be pretty close...
OK, I do not get it. I understand that the KISS Oil cooler is supposed to run in series with the stock cooler, but it looks to me like it is missing a couple of lines to make that happen. There are hoses that go from the oil console on the motor into the stock oil cooler. Then what? So does anyone have a diagram or photo of how the install looks (incorporating the existing lines and fittings). Sorry just scratching my head on this one. And yes, I have read the instructions that came with it (several times) and they do not show how the existing hoses are incorporated into the install. And yes (again) I looked at the extra photos on LR.

The full KISS kit comes with the cooler, two new hoses (pictured on the LR site with the green line on them) and some brackets to mount the cooler.
Stock line out from the oil filter console -> stock oil cooler.
Stock oil cooler out -> KISS in (longer of the two new lines)
KISS out -> Stock line in to the oil filter console (you mate the shorter of the two new lines to old input line going to the filter console)
Stock line out from the oil filter console -> stock oil cooler.
