Bought a broadfoot racing hybrid turbo on eBay last september. Just had it installed and after a week or Maybe two i'm getting al lot of blue smoke.
The mechanic says hè changed the aos seals and that hè suspects the turbo.
But i cant seem to get an answer from broadfoot.
I just looks at my intake manifold and saw two missing screws at the back near the oilfiller. And the bracket on which it should be mounted is of by a cm.
Could it be the intake manifold is the source of te oil burn?

Sounds like a bad turbo seal to me. If he didn't build engine oil pressure before firing the engine up, it is likely to burned the turbo up on the initial start. I always heat cycle a new turbo a few times before it every comes off the rack as well to help set the seals. I have some turbo reps that say this is necessary, and a few rebuilders that say it isn't, but I do it anyway.

What should i video? Engine sounds ok, afr readings seem to be fine. But allmost no power.. T04 with .50 and kkk26 turbine with 72lbs injectors all controlled with a stand alone ecu using tunerstudio. And... 219rwhp... Pff not good..

That bracket is the heat shield that covers the AOS. It can be misaligned and the intake bolts will not line up. If your mechanic changed the AOS seals he had to remove that heat shield. Sounds like he couldn't be bothered to go back in and fix it after dicovering it no longer lined up.

But the bracket not lining up is just not hood but also not the blue smoke problem?
I get blue smoke on deceleration and on boost. First only on deceleration and then on the gas again. Seems to get worse fast.

I really can't see how that bracket lining up would be causing oil ingestion. At most it would cause some weird issues due to vacuum leaks.
