Default HVAC question

I had the dash apart last year and I'm thinking I didn't pop the harnesses back on properly. The problem im having is that the recirc button and the one below it does not work, no little light lights up. But my air speed control **** works. Anyone ever have this happen, everything worked fine before i pulled it out, but it was summer and i didn't try using any buttons til fall when i figured out they were no longer working.

thanks for the input guys

I wouldn't go by the lights (they can burn out).

Do you HEAR the recirc happening (flaps closing/opening) when you press it (not sure if car has to be running, I think key on works).

Cheers.

My AC button failed(front of switch fell off). I had to pull it apart desolder the old switch and then solder in new one. They are 25 years old so bound to happen at some point. It's not that hard, just fiddly and you need a solder sucker to remove old solder
