Scary fuel line
I have always kept a close eye on my fuel jumper line. Last time I drove the car I noticed that a little drop of fuel was on the line. No obvious rotting or anything.
I went ahead and bought a replacement and installed it tonight and boy was I surprised to see how bad the line was.
Check and replace this line guys!!!
I will upload pics later.

Yup, you don't realize how bad that line is unless you take it off. 25 years of engine heat make them brittle, almost to the point of bakelite, which makes them much more susceptible to cracking. When I took my original one off it broke in half in my hands. Heck, I think replacing the fuel feed, return and jumper lines were the very first pieces of work I did on the car.

I tried to get in touch with Lart to no avail. Oh well, I bought my line from the dealer for about $30 less than almost all the online places.
