Placed an order a few weeks back... all parts arrived in perfect condition and I was a perfectly happy customer.
Then I received the below email today:
"In double-checking your order I did find a small discrepancy in the
shipping. We have issued a refund to your credit card in the amount of
$5.96.
We look forward to providing you with excellent service on all of your
future ordering needs."
This is how you keep customers! Well done PP.

lol...so it takes 24 hours to get to you instead of overnight..and for about $5 shipping. Try living down here and waiting weeks and then paying $100's in shipping. In fact two body panels cost me something like $1500 in shipping alone!I'd take across country anyday.

Their tech guys are pretty good as well. The other day I called them up and said I wanted to replace every water hose in the system. (This is what happens when you miss the last run of the day because of a small blown hose.) They double checked my project list, found a couple of hoses I missed, and shipped it out that day.
