Question Suggestions on plug wires?

Need some plug wires, any suggestions other than the Lindsey wires

FWIW, I had a small engine fire. looks like one of my "replaced" fuel lines sprung a leak. I had a set of the Lindsey Racing plug wires with "fire braid"

Its true that the fire braid doesn't burn, but all the plug wire material inside it does

I still haven't found any wires that are as good overall as the factory originals.

Ditto
I would not buy wires based on whether they are fire proof ??
I would stick with the stock wires as they fit better than any...

Fwiw, I didn't buy my original set for its fire proof covering. Just happen to notice it in the description today when I looked at them again and it was interesting based one how they held up in the fire

I hear ya ...
I was just saying that I have been down that road before, on other than stock wires and I just don't see the benefit...
So you able to get the fire out without much damage ?
I had a fuel line go south on me when I started up the engine for the first time in like 6 years, and luckily I had a buddy who yelled .. "Shut it down shut it down !! " Could have been a real bad day ... I was very lucky
Regards
Ed

I went with a 930 wire set. While you do get to many wires they are armored.

I caught it pretty quickly and had a fire extinguisher in the car

Still going to cost about $500 in parts (fuel lines, plug wires, new hood insulation, couple of vacuum hoses.)

"High temp" plug wires are critical on things like old American muscle where there is just no way of making a plug wire not touch a header.

Go for the stock wires they are the best i have used .
Whatever you do stay away from magnacore they brake even if you are very gentle they also missfired allot.
I also tried another non stock set and had problems with missfire, those even had nice beru boot connectors.

I got my set from lart, along with the distributor and rotor...and damn near everything else in the engine that can burn.
