Default Help.... please.. SHOP RECOMMENDATION?

I have a turbonetics 60-1 hifi "944 drop in replacement" and a full turbo back fabspeed exhaust... The problem, I feel like a fool but i have adjusted this thing from minor adjustments to major adjustment and I CANNOT get anything to line up. I am done. done done done.

If anyone knows a shop near central Pennsylvania that can help me with this... I would love to drop the car off and pick it up with this system complete.

Tried the clock of the turbo... Tries it a few times and then left the hot side loose so I could attempt to get everything aligned and then mark it and tighten her down... I am striking out on all try's. I cannot imagine there being an issue with a Fabspeed product.

Sorry for typo errors. I am on my phone...... As I was saying, I cannot imagine there is a problem with a fabspeed product, but at this point I don't know what else it could be.
