Default Toe Question, (REAR) with or without special tool?
Can the toe be adjusted without the special tool in the rear? I am having a very hard time doing the rear.

It can be. Creative use of ratchet straps/pry bars/lots of swearing. The toe tool makes it MUCH easier.
