@ Black51

Why standard NGK (BPR7ES) are better than standard BOSCH (WR7DC)?

Just as a side note, don't get confused with thermal ranges between NGK and Bosch plugs :

WR7DC is same heat range as BPR5ES (cold)
WR6DC is same heat range as BPR6ES (colder)
WR5DC is same heat range as BPR7ES (even colder)

Josh: This sounds like what I experienced earlier in the week, and I had not connected/forgot to mention the same hesitation around 12-15lbs of boost. I will check the rotor and cap. Is the NGK BPR7ES at .028" the right plug? Thanks, Mike

Mike,
Yep, that is the plug I would run for your application. Gap them at .025".

I just find the NGK is a more solid plug than the Bosch. Seems like they have less hesitation issues than Bosch. Just my personal opinion.

Thanks Josh. Turns out it was the cap and rotor - cleaned contact surfaces off with a dremel polisher wheel and all is good. I will re gap the plugs to the .025". Mike
