I am going to have my setup for sale soon. It is a aluminum mount with tilton 5/8F 7/10R using a tilton balance bar. I have it on my car now with turbo brakes and it works great. I am going to sell it with tilton three chamber reservoir.
I am not sure if it will fit your application but it fits perfectly in the swap.

I'm sure if you buy 2 master cylinders, you could make a drawing and send it to a engineering shop and get them to make on up for you, looks very simple IMO.

It does mount to the standard pedal, I am using a early solid pedal that is drilled almost an inch higher to increase leverage. It will go with the assembly along with the reservoir, fittings, hoses and the lines I made to attach to the factory lines. You would need to get a T and fittings to attach the factory lines to the provided lines. It looks very clean when installed. Here is a picture from Xschop's car who made the mount.

It wouldn't be that hard to do. If you do go this way make sure the angle is set at 12 degrees to the firewall to keep the original angle of the pedal push rod.

Might be a good time to relocate the m/c to the "correct" side of the car. Not sure how the torsion tube under the dash will respond to the extra loads from a non-assisted setup?

Cheers,
Mike

For the brief few times I drove my car with the Tilton setup (OEM booster and m/c removed) it felt great. Much better modulation. The trick of it is getting the size of the m/c's correct.

No. They are not available any longer.

I've got one for sale. Brand new with the pedal push bar. You need the balance bar and the masters.

I've gone to the Tilton 620 to keep it out of the engine bay completely.

Hi Tony,
Can you educate me , what is the pedal push bar? are the balance bars available for this setup and what master cylinder to use?
Thanks
Sean

The pedal push bar connects the brake pedal to the balance bar. The balance bar pushes on the master cylinders.

Yes. So does Disasterman.

I think they are the same price. If not I'm sure we'll match each other... :-)
