I made the front seal change, but after about 5000kms i can see an oil leak near the crankshaft seal: i think it's the oil pump gasket leaking. Can i remove the oil pump, to change the gasket, without remove the oil pan?

Did you change the oil pump drive sleeve and o ring in addition to the oil pump seal? If not, it will leak due to a groove in the drive gear that gets worn because of the seal.
Other than that, there is no oil pump gasket, it is just a 574 sealant or the like. Odd for it to start leaking unless it has been off before. You can drop the pan/crossmember enough to get it out, but it is tight. If you have an 86 or older you will need to remove the long stud before you can get it out.

Left to right: washer, o-ring, sleeve (oil pump drive gear), seal. Everything but the washer should be replaced in most cases... these cars are so old that the sleeve typically has a groove in it where the seal makes contact. It's around $40 IIRC. And sometimes the o-ring is as hard as a rock and is mistaken for part of the sleeve.
