Difference in piston linear acceleration. Force = mass x acceleration

The engine is a system in itself. You have changed a lot about it, so I doubt the balance shafts are going to work as intended. It maybe as simple as running them out of phase to match the changes all the way to possibly balancing them as well. They could need to be lightened or have weight added to them.

Thanks Rob. I appreciate your input. It really is not anything major but I am a bit of a perfectionist and frankly it is fun to learn and experiment.

I like the idea of trying to alter the phasing a bit and see what kind of results I see.
