Default Screw loose.......actually missing!

The little brass looking grub screw that goes into the top of my 951's throttle body has shaken itself out!

Does anyone know what thread it is so that I can get a bolt to replace it for now until I can get a replacement.

Thanks guys

Kim

You might need more than a normal screw if it's the Idle Air screw, surprised your engine runs without that fitted.
If it's the Air Adjust screw thats M8 x 1mm pitch. If it's the Throttle Stop screw that is a M5 x 0.8mm pitch.

If anything I would call it the idle air screw but I'm surprised this car needs one since it has an idle control valve!?

It does run without it but very poorly, when I cover the hole with my finger it runs fine!

I will grab a bolt to fill it for now and order the screw from pelican.

Thank you

That screw sets the base idle. The ISV just compensates off of the base idle, but won't compensate well for a missing idle screw. Lart can probably fix you up...
