Question Do 16'' Flat Dish Wheels fit over M030 (tried searching)

Searched but no love. I know some 16'' wheels do not fit over S4 brakes (big blacks) and not hit the M030 suspension. This is for my 89 Turbo.

Do 16'' Flat Dish wheels (7'' and 8'') fit without spacers and look reasonable? Looking for winter wheels and these are pretty inexpensive, and forged.

Ben, the 7" Flat Dish has the same offset as the 7" Club Sport, ET65.

The 8" Flat Dish offset is ET52.3, which gives 21mm more clearance from the suspension side and 5mm more fender clearance compared to the 9" CS rears.

These Flat Dish are OE wheels for the 928S4. Unless the 928 front brake rotors/ hubs have different spacing, I would GUESS they'd fit...

Confirmation anyone?

BTW, for my winter tires I use 7" CS wheels at each corner with 21mm spacers and 64mm studs for the back set. 205/55, 225/50 front and back.

Post #11 in this thread shows my winter set, https://rennlist.com/forums/924-931-...ml#post8180482

Yes, they are actually the same rim, made by Fuchs. When you get a set, check the back, you will see where the 1/2 moons are that were removed for the Club Sports, and there are some of these which were cut into Club Sports, just so you know.

Hope this helps.

Good to know. Thank you both! I was going to run 4x CS wheels for snows, the spacers are just for looks in the back, right 951saga? I think they bolted up just fine.

That would be the 7" Flat Dish wheels off a 928, as 7" Flat Dish wheels specifically made for the 944 have an offset of 52.3mm as well. They will clear M030 calipers too.
