944phil I'm about to check them as soon as I get off work and get home ill do that asap & tell me about it man lol but no its not that one mine is a champagne color my boss actually sold it to me & thanks man thank god I found out about this site i almost lost hope there for a min lol & also I was told that the HG was replaced like 2 to 3 years ago to a double layer metal gasket but I guess ill find out once o check the oil n plugs

I checked the oil & my plugs there both clean no milkshake color so im guessing the HG is still holding

Snap a picture of the inside of your oil filler cap and post it up. Does it have a cloudy film in it, or just clear clean oil? Check the throttle body coupler, and the boost pipe couplers, and the to big hoses that clamp between the runners -- the bad idle could be as simple as a big vacuum leak. Also make sure that the AOS and ISV hoses are not switched where they plug into the j-boot and boost tube. Does the smoke smell like burning oil or more like coolant?
