Default clutch system

Can you all help with a 1886 951clutch system diagnosis?
Info:
1) Difficulty selecting all gears.
2) low clutch pedal effort
3) fluid under car
4) clutch/brake resevoir below max, but still above min. Seems like level should be lower to account for size if puddle below car.
Thoughts?

Could be a slave or line, have a look to see where the leak is coming from

+1 first thing I would check is the slave cylinder. It's under the car driver's side of the Bell Housing.

The reservoir is compartmentalized so it won't appear empty with just a clutch leak. There are 3 things to check for leaks -- the master cylinder, the slave cyllinder, and the metal/rubber hose that connects them. Get a Motive pressure bleeder and use it to find the leak -- you'll need/want it to bleed the system anyway. But, whatever is leaking, do yourself a favor and replace all three of those parts together. If all three are old and you only replace one, chances are good one of the others will start leaking soon.
