Won't Start! Dougs951??
Doug are you home in LP city??
Just got it out for a drive for the first time in a while now that the weather is good.
Out driving and starting fine. Stopped into dunkin donuts with my son and all of a sudden it won't start.
Bat is fine seems like ignition as it won't even turn
Found a wire that was loose behind the steering column but can't see where it plugs or even if it does.
Ideas??

Yes and yes. Got pwr but won't turn over or even try to start much like a dead batt except the bat is fine.
Now I did just give it a good hose rinse so maybe some water got somewhere it shouldn't have.
I will head back up to it with a jump box just in case the batt is the issue.

Probably too late to check now, but did it backfire when you tried to crank it? If so check the dme relay and give the dme ecu a couple knocks like you're knocking on a door. My car shut off while driving a couple months back and it was a bad solder joint in the ecu, but knocking it would give it enough connection to start the car.

I think the OP is trying to say that the battery has charge but the motor is not turning over at all. it may be the solenoid to your starter is stuck, or the actual starter may be dead. if you can reach it to give it a couple of whacks with something solid, it may be worth a try.
if it does turn over do you have tach bounce? if not tach bounce check ref sensor. IF you do have tach bounce and the motor does turn over, its likely your DME relay, you can jumper it. The three pins i think are 87, 87b and one other, im drawing a blank right now. hope this helps

No tach bounce. But ref sensors look good. Pulled and tapped them etc and no luck.
Is tach bounce always ref sensors?

If the Starter Motor will not turn over it can only be:
Starter Motor
Wiring - Battery to Starter Motor
Wiring - Ignition Switch to Starter Motor Solenoid (thick Black/Red wire)
Ignition Switch
Not clear if starter motor is actually turning over or not.

Turns out on my way down my gravel driveway that has some ruts in it I must have scaped the bottom some and ripped out the solenoid to starter wire.
