Just run it down to as low as you can and then fill up with E85. Take it a bit easy on boost and right foot until you fill up again would be my suggestion. Depending on how often you're going to run E85. If it's only occasionally or for the track, then you might want to drain. You should be running pig rich with E85 tune and pump gas.
