Track oil/water temps?
Wanting to take a poll. If you have a water and oil temp gauge and track your car, can you list temps?
Air Temp:
Water Temp:
Oil Temp:
Oil Cooler:
I've installed a nascar oil cooler, and am hooking up my water/oil temp gauges, just wanting to know what to expect. At the end of a 20minut session, my engine bay sure feels really hot (way hotter than my m3)

At it's worst I saw was coolant at 226 and intake air temp at 136 degrees and egt's about 1040 at Watkins Glen
94 degrees day not including humidity from an approaching thunderstorm..
Hotest temps recorded
Air Temp: 136'F
Water Temp: 226'F
Oil Temp:----
Oil Cooler: KISS/Setrab aux cooler
EGT: 1040'F
Redline 20W50 and coolant + waterwetter

Nordschleife Master
Air Temps: 85-95*F... basic north east summer day between July - Sept
Water Temp: ~190*F taken at the upper radiator hose with a digital gauge / sensor
Oil Temp: ~230*F at the drain plug also using a digital gauge / sensor
Oil Cooler: Stock cooler
This is running without an a/c condenser and was with my old 120k mile radiator.. replaced with a new one recently but havent been to the track yet to see any difference.
Oil was Redline 15w50.

Max temps for two different sessions. Using a PWR custom radiator/oil cooler combo.
An average track day in Australia:
Outside Air Temp: 72F
Manifold Air Temp: 133F
Water Temp: 194F
Oil Temp: 213F
A hot race day in Dubai:
Outside Air Temp: 119F
Manifold Air Temp: 186F
Water Temp: 210F
Oil Temp: 269F

I've been told that you don't want your oil hotter than 260 - it starts to breakdown... And water, up to 212 is certainly fine... Probably up to 225 is safe.
