Hi,
Im in the process of adding helper springs and tougher springs all around my Ledas and the fronts is a walk in the park but the rears got me beaten...
Is there anyway i can do this myself? The top springhat has a cut in it about 1/2" and is this the key that i need to bend more open so the hat comes off or do I really need to take this thing completely apart somehow?
Also, is it better to place helper springs on top or under the main spring?
Help please!
/Peter

I have not changed springs in so long I can't remember off the top of my head how you do it. I do know that you do not need to take the rear coilover completely apart. IIRC, there is a pin that you push through that allows the hat to be removed and then the spring comes off. If you can't figure it out, contact Leda at info@leda.com
