Default Running Poorly

I'm trying to work out a couple problems and was hoping someone might have some insight. When the engine gets out of warmup idle it jumps from ~1k-1.6k rpm. Also, when the engines been running/driving for 10-15 min, it starts to really lack power. Not sure if these are related..my guess for the lack of power is O2, but not sure if this would effect the idle? I'm not running an A/C so i don't think the idle control valve would effect it?

Fyi, i just replaced TPS as that was my first guess. Running M-Tune with 80lb injectors, Garrett T3/T4, 3" exhaust from the turbo back, new plugs, wires, fuel filter.

Sorry for the long rant but i would really appreciate any advice!

This is a setup with your MAF sensor, so a custom setup correct?

What is your AFRs?
What FQS position?
Have you checked the MAP sensor?
What boost pressure?
How much vacuum are you pulling?
Idle issues are usually related to the TPS sensor or wiring - have you confirmed the DME is getting a proper signal?
You can unplug the O2 sensor (unplug it then start the car).

How about giving me a call, so we can trouble-shoot things?

When you say the idle jumps from 1000 to 1600 do you mean that once warm, it idles at 1600? Or does the idle hunt back and forth between 1000 and 1600?
