I dont understand what makes it a "gtr" anymore then just a Turbo Cab.
It's like naming my car a 944 turbo LP440...

the 2.9L stroker is questionable also? ehh? 3L with a shorter stroke? 2.5 with a massive custom crank?

that rear valance is off an N/A 944 LOL.

looks like a US rear bumper with no rubbers.

anyone else notice 2 roof switches?

25k?

I like it a lot, except for the rear wing and roll bar. The "2.9 stroker" is suspect. De-stroked maybe?

Full diaper look....ROTFLMAO!

IMHO, the car just screams ricer influence, gawdy and way, way over done. As for the "roll" bar, I think he forgot to paint it red like everything else. :-D

I don't really understand all the hate. It's nicer than most tha cars here.

Porsche themselves made all sorts of wild looking cars.

all of them where operational though, their roll bars weren't bolted to the rear seats. In fact they didn't have rear seats.

I meant for the whole car compared to many here. Its certainly in nicer shape than mine.

I have seen all sorts of crap rollcages here too!

No where in that ad did the poster claim anything about "functional roll bar".

While it may be a little odd looking it is probably just as functional as half the junk out there for any other convertible. 90% of them are made "just for looks" anyway.

Would be interested to hear where this 968TS wing come from, it looks close the factory piece but a brake light was added into it?

I think its a nice looking car, I'd drive it and like Cole said it's nicer than mine. I don't like the euro rear valance, put the turbo on back on and she's good. The spoiler does seem a little off on the car but it is a sport car so better than leaving it flat in my opinion.

A lot of TLC went into that car. It's a clean car, even if maybe not to my taste. That said, it would be easy-peasy to remove the gaudy bits, sell them separately, and have a tasteful car leftover with ********* of power on tap. Although I know these chassis intimately and would be concerned about how much it will twist in the corners if I push it with sticky tires on. It would be perfect for a daily cruiser.

Interesting car. That motor was either sleeved to 103mm or a 2.5 crank was put in, and it was bored. Wonder who did the motor? Maybe he sized it wrong in his add.

I've seen worse, but this is a speciality 80's rollback type of car. Funny part, I have that wing on my car, but they look very different. I think so anyway.

There was a ton of work put into the car.

if it is a true 1 of 7 car why would you molest it like that ? it would have to be worth a lot more original I'm guessing. The owner has clearly dropped some coin on it and I like a lot of what they have done but felt let down when I saw the roll bar, as I doubt it would do anything if you actually rolled the car
