I want to be clear. Mine is for sale but not for just any price. I am going to hang onto it with a death grip for as long as possible. If hers goes then mine can stay. Mine would need a special person to take care of it as well. as for following up on parts. I will be releasing a price sheet this week after some thought and maybe if I get enough orders in mine will be secure for life,,, test pig?

Why don't you build a garage with a house attached, might save some money to keep at least the wb car :P

Granted you might need the funds for a down payment -- but $5-10k is like $50-100 a month
when rolled into the house mortgage.

Even your wife's car is worth that!

Maybe you ought to just ask Rennlisters
for a short term loan for the DP $$ :-)

Or just mass produce a supply of those headers and sell them
only one or two lucky folks will enjoy your 951's

many will win with your headers :-)

Thanks Mike
I threw up some prices for everyone to ponder on and after a nice dinner with her last night she wants to wait and see if I can sell some parts before we sell anything. also looks like after we sell our current house we will have more than enough funds for the DP,,,, maybe I will retract my trigger finger?

BTW, just picked up a 951 with stock headers with 3" down pipe,
iron sleeved block, a Lindsey 25 and plenty of go fast parts.

Seems like the stock headers might need to be improved.

Give me some details on yours -- I might want to pick up a set
and help start that DP fund :-)

send details to
mike@lonestarrpm.com

or post them up here.

the truth is hard and unpleasant; if you have to part with these gemstones for pennies on the dollar compared to what you have invested then the hard and unpleasant truth is that you can't afford said effin' dream house. you made hard choices in becoming the owner of said P-cars and keeping them 'proper.' nobody's holding that against you and i wish the truth was something else. but it isn't. hope you can get the dream house (these proper wife maintenance procedures) via some other means. but, for f_cks sake, keep your beautiful cars..... because selling them represents an even larger financial loss than buying the house that's so much more expensive than the cars, and also won't be appreciating anytime soon. sucks. best wishes.
