OK my turbo is toast. The unit Pauly gave me cant be used without spending over $650 on an impeller. I am now thinking maybe fitting a new turbo might be a whole lot easier ? what are my options ?

I am not after more power although if it spools up quicker that I could handle. I want a bolt up solution that will not require elaborate fabrication. LR have a "super series 48" that looks like it might be straight forward but I have no idea if 360 or TBB is way to go. I would want to stay using water cooling either way.

What other options do I have and my priorities are cheap and hassle free fitting not more power, and I need it yesterday. Can I buy a KKK26/6 thats already rebuilt without a core change over any where ?

Compressor. my old turbo i sent had heat droop meaning some blades are bent from the heat or something like that. so it's now more useless then i was sitting on my table.

I have 4 26/6 turbos sitting in my garage, 3 complete and 1 in pieces... Can send out a compressor wheel ASAP will take about a week or so to make it down there though!
