So a few weeks ago a post was made about whining noises my car was making. Myself as well as many other members on here would agree that my belts have been over tightened. Recently while driving it, I realized that the noise seemed to deaden when I turned the steering wheel. The car whines at idle, acceleration, deceleration, etc. but while at stopped, if I turn my wheel, it'll soften up a bit. I'm thinking a bad PS pump pulley...Or possibly a bad PS pump itself? Could anyone elaborate on these symptoms?
