Help me assess this block. Wear marks from piston rings at TDC.

I'm in need of a new block. I'll have to get it from abroad so I can't check this one in person, but I have been sent a few photos. I do not remember what my cylinders looked like before honing. So I'm wondering if the ring marks/ circles at TDC are normal and to be expected? The other cylinders do not show marks as pronounced as these. Also, what do you think the blob on the bottom right cylinder wall could be. Oil and carbon residue?
Thanks.

vertical lines look normal, low wear. Not too sure about the random circles; how many miles on the block?
The black carbon on the cylinders is above the top ring (Compression ring), as the rings scrape the rest of the carbon away: that's normal too, though shows evidence with all the carbon of excessive valve guides (letting oil through), or least of all, in need of new valve stem seals.
When I pulled the head off my '88TS at 150k miles, was surprised it ran so well as the exhaust guides were allowing so much oil into the cylinders, was coking on the valves, combustionc hamber, around the seats, etc: surprised the valves still seated.
Mark.

Thanks for your analysis.
I'm only getting the block as mine was thrashed in a milling machine accident.
I'm aware that the carbon deposits are normal. What I'm unsure about is the greyish coloration from the piston rings at TDC. If there are deep grooves the cylinders probably need to be honed up one size. The other three cylinders show less discoloration from the piston rings at TDC so the block seems to show low wear. Here are the rest of the photos.

The seller claims he does not know the mileage as the donor car had an engine swap in 1990. The donor car had 300 000 kilometers on the clock. I've been promised my money back if the block is out of tolerances, but it will be shipped from abroad so I will loose a substantial amount on the shipping alone if the block turns out to be useless.
