Default Cooling Fans

Getting the 951 out of its winter hibernation and have found after a few drives that the cooling fans are not coming on during or after drives. Temp gauge rises to first white hash and stays.

I've been inside the relay once before to do some soldering, so I removed the relay and opened it up. Did not see anything obvious. Put it back together and and re-installed. Now the fans stay on continous until I pull the relay.

Bad relay?
or
Bad thermoswitch?

Other ideas?

Thanks.

Just experienced this. In my case it was a bad Thermofan Switch.

Update: went through the testing procedures outlined on Clarks. Replaced thermoswitch today and still have both fans running continous until I pull the relay with ingition off. Going to bite the bullet and replace the relay.

What vendors sell the relay?

I've only found it on 944online for $212.

Thanks.
