Default track car DME/KLR location and net attachment point

as I continue to prep my track car I have 2 more things that I think I dont like, and they are related.

My DME/KLR are in the factory location behind the passenger foot panel (the abs controller is on the right). Sure seems like a hot/enclosed place for it to be.

In addition, my internal net connects to the foot plate that covers the dme/klr. That does not seem like a very sturdy place to mount anything dealing with safety. I was thinking about relocating all 4 things, but was wondering what other track/race cars had done.

If this is a dedicated track car with the heater removed, then go through one of the vents and drill the fire wall. For the DME/KLR, cut out the back of the glove box and relocate it inside of there.
