Default Baked on front seal.... Torch it?

Well while trying to remove my front crank seal (drilling holes) the oil pump sleeve started to back out. So I removed the sleeve. The problem is that front seal won't budge. Do I dare put a torch on it to soften it up and maybe melt it out some.....?

If the drive gear is out of the pump, you should have lots of access to the back of the seal to yank it out. Wrap a straight screwdriver in duct tape to help prevent scratching the pump, then pry it out.
