Lart - Don't zip-tie that fuel line to the wiring harness... the engine's motion back-and-forth will wear through the plastic wire loom cover. That braided line is worse than sandpaper!

That's cool Lart

Mine is just about to the age where I think I can have him help in the garage. I had him help me last winter when I had the motor out (he pulled the bolts for the oil pan for me while the motor was on the stand) and about halfway through he lost interest. Too young then, I think...

LOL! Well my boy IS half-Mexican (my wife) so child labor at 5 isn't too far off - but the gringo in me figures to wait until he turns 8 (few weeks) to start the real labor!

Actually it is more or less gone...It was still hard to rub off all the power steering fluid from my "thick" hair i got while fixing friends 968 few days ago. Sometimes ghetto environment and car repair is not a good combination. It is not so nice lay down under car I hope this damn snow will melt away soon, so i can work outdoors again.

What comes to child labor, i have done it as well. All my son's must have been working with me since they turned two

You might want to think about putting a fire sheeve on the fuel lines.
