That was the issue. I swapped the tubes and everything seems good!

unfortunately, I took the car around the block for a spin. on the second boost, something in the drive train went boom and I lost drive (engine still ran fine). I had to tow it back to the house. possibly clutch or cv joint.. who knows. I need to get the car back up on jacks and take a look.
