Exclamation Door Stalks/Diodes no longer blink after 1-door reassembly - what could it be?

I got my car back from the body shop. Suffice it to say, there are a few outstanding issues, but I wanted to try and diagnose this before assigning this to them as well.

When the alarm system is armed (doors are locked), both the driver and passenger side diodes/red LEDs/stalks are supposed to blink. System was working fine. Body shop replaced the door.

While the door locks work (power, locking, etc), neither diode blinks, or lights up at all. Is there anything to check on this? If one side (the driver side) was not hooked up, could it get power, but not blink? Does this indicate the alarm is not arming? Relay? Car starts and runs [I also just installed my A-Tune, more on that later].

They would not have touched the passenger side. So the Diode/blinky part can/is separate from the power activating/up-down part of it? This would only be the driver side connection, but issue (just the light not blinking) is both passenger and driver side. Thanks BB for the diagram.

Looks like there is a interlock for the sunroof. Is it open?

*edit* - replaced Sunroof relay, still not lights on lock.

No but I pulled the sunroof relay right before I gave them the car (because it works, but one of the microswitches does not stop you from over-stripping the gears!). Could no sun-roof relay cause this? It's about 20 degrees outside but can try tomorrow AM...

Maybe you hit it BB!

Reinstalled the sunroof relay. No change.

Also, still haven't beaten my intermittent no start. Will start another thread once I finish going through the list of known culprits!
