Its marked with a green ? in the two pictures. It was just hanging there under the intake manifold connected to nothing? It would seem that this would be a huge vacuum/boost leak to me. I hope this is my problem
Here's a legend for my diagram.
FPD = Fuel pressure dampner
REG = Fuel pressure regulator
MAN = Banjo fitting on the manifold
BOV = Blow off valve
BG = Boost Gauge
TB = Throttle Body

This site should help:

Dude -
That line looks like it feeds the fuel pressure reg or damper depending on position. There's a vacuum diagram under the hood - that should help.
See - there were vac leaks under there!
HTH!

Yeah, I also thought that with that rounded end that it would feed either the reg or the damper, but both of those were already hooked up, looks like i found my leak! boost here i come

The line that you have labelled for TB looks like it has its other end going to the Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR).
That is incorrect.
It must go to the Temperature valve that sits b/w the cycling valve and firewall. It has two nipples. One for the fuel vapor purge diaphragm and the other for the throttle body.
The line with the ? should be (as Toolmaster mentioned) the one that goes to the FPR. So long as the FPR line is getting its suppy from the manifold vacuum/pressure, you'll be fine.
Mine looked like yours:

Here's the temperature valve. The view is from the oil dipstick side. The black hose to the left is the wastegate. The two red hoses lead to the temp. valve. The left hose is from the evap. and the right is from the throttle body. The bolt to the right is the bracket for the O2, speed and reference connectors:

Finally, my GURU MAP Stage II complete with new vacuum hoses:

OK, figured out why my pics didn't post.
