Hello im looking for a pair of illuminated door lock posts ( the part inside the car used to lock and unlock the doors) car is 1988 Turbo s . Thanks in advance DP

Turbo Ss didn't have illuminated door lock posts (that I'm aware of). There is a switch on the center console to actuate the electric locks.

yep both of my turbo S have illum oem ?? as well as the s2 i had.

These can be bought new from Porsche for pretty cheap...

LED illuminated locking "*****" came on 89 or 90 cars with alarms--I remember adapting them to my 88 Turbo S alarm system.
And they can be bought from the dealer for $25-30 dollars each. Part number is 944 637 138 00. Hope this helps.
