Car running on 3 cylinders
I was driving home last night after racing a 370Z and my car started sounding like it was misfiring (sounded kinda like an exhaust leak), I pulled the plugs this morning and number 4 plug was pitch black, I pulled it out and saw that it had a spark, so I took it to my mechanic to do a compression test and it read 25, so he said it may be a valve or a bad piston ring, he said he would have to pull the head off, any suggestions?

Three Wheelin'
I would try to see where the compression was leaking by injecting compressed air into the cylinder... but at any rate, the head would still have to come off regardless of any repair. Just keep your fingers crossed and hope its a burnt valve.

whatever happens to you is mainly because for some unknown reason beyond my understanding you ignore the advice of people that have a proven record or have developed a system for a reliable combustion of the 944 turbo engine. I remember a movie with Tom Cruise years ago called "All the Right Moves" if you were the actor of that movie it would be called "All the wrong moves" Should of have ran a ngk bpr7's gapped .026 and shouldn't have been racing a 370Z which is like trying to race a M1 Abraham

Should woulda coulda... TheBRP7s are for those pushing over 15 psi, i only have 50 more horses than stock, so it wouldn't apply to me, stock 6 has worked fine all these years for me...

Yea, I'm turning 40 in May and I've really outgrown the car, my mechanice hates it cause it's a bitch to work on (nothing is easy on those cars he says) plus the rear axles are making noise, it's leaking from the power steering rack and oil pan gasket, on boost it blows grey smoke, it's burning oil, it has scoring on the cylinder walls, the a/c and sunroof never worked, the rear hatch won't open, it was a David Pagan car (Promotion), so it never ran well to begin with, need I say more? I enjoyed it for the 6 years I drove it (8 since I bought it, 2 years of which it took for him to almost complete it) and now it's time to move on!
