Post air/fuel mixture

At what point( Air:Fuel Mixture Ratio)
would the mixture considered to be " Too Rich" To have negative effects on piston
rings/cylinder wall lubrication, etc.

Welcome any input.

I think it's anything richer than 10:1 or so. Even then you're losing a lot of power as it is. Going from 10.5:1 to a more optimal 12.5:1 gained me 70hp on my car.
