The turbine housing is definitely from Turbonetics and the center section may be as well. Check the center for the same Turbonetics "T" logo.
I'm reasonably sure all Turbonetics compressors come with a machined backing plate. The one pictured is cast.

That could be a lindsey racing turbo, since they all use turbonetics hotsides. My LR super75 looks just like that.
