Post BOV hose won't stay on.

Everytime I drive the car I pop the hood and the hose on top of the BOV is off. I put it back on and every time it is off. I tried putting silicone adhesive on the BOV nipple and it still keeps popping off. Anyone else experienced this, and if so how did you fix. I know this is costing me valuable boost..

Try a ziptie or a tiny clamp, seen it done on many other cars. Good luck

A zip-tie should work fine. You can also buy replacement elbows at the dealership for about $3.

I zip tie all my connections and never pop them off.

Your BOV is toast. Replace it. You're getting pressure from the intercooler tube that's blowing off the connection.

If you can blow though any of the holes it's toast.

" You're getting pressure from the intercooler tube that's blowing off the connection."

That's the way it's supposed to work! The bypass-valve uses boost-pressure on the top to hold it closed under boost-conditions. Since this is a dead-end diaphragm, there's no flow occuring and pressure-buildup can overcome the hose's friction on the nipple. Use a small zip-tie to hold it on.
