I too paid $9800 for my 87 951. Perfect inside and out, upgraded stereo/speakers. Leaking steering rack but even after I fix that it will still be a good deal. I found it on Autotrader, but you might also want to try www.autoshopperonline.com.
They're out there, good luck!87 951

I just noticed the back of your car says "turbo" 3 times.

I know, kind of overkill huh.
The license plate is the POs. When I get my plates it'll only say turbo twice!
I'm probably going to switch out the Turbo light with one that says Porsche.
What are your opinions - which light?

I found mine in GA. $8,900, 90,000 miles, complete record history (with a written synopsis from the 1st owner), No cracks, Garage Queen, Only 5K miles on new cup spring centered clutch, reseal (top and bottom), alternator, PS pump and hoses, CV Joints, Ball Joints. I had been looking for just the right one for me to start toying with.

I love your car. I always thought that a black 951 looked the best. The engine bay looks awesome. If you do keep the taillight, I have always liked the ones that say Porsche. Similar to the 911's. Of course some may say that would be overkill, on the light and the decal below. Maybe 944 since on the turbos, there is no Model designation anywhere else. That's my two cents anyway.
