Good deal??
I found an 86' Turbo today in my local paper with 80K miles and an asking price of $5995. Is this a good deal?? The ad says its in perfect condition, but we all know how that goes.
Any replies are appreciated.

It depends how much you are willing to pay for it.
Without seeing that particular car it's hard to say is it a good deal or not.
I suggest you to take a look of that car with someone who actually KNOWS these cars. There are so many things you can go wrong with.
These cars have so much age which causes some parts are most likely in poor condition.Even though its supposed to be a low mileage car the age will cause some trouble, for examble timing/balance saft belts, seals etc.Be sure this car has a service history available.
search from Rennlist archives threds where buying 951 are handeled. These same threds keep coming on regular basis.
If you don't have experience of Porsches, use an expert. You won't regret it.
