I put 17" 993 wheels on my 88 9444ts with no spacers and no problems. There is room to put 275's all around if I want and my car has been lowered. The 86 has the different offsets.

Thanks, it will look even better when the 968 mirrors and door handles are finished. I'm also looking for a "better" photo spot. Spent time as a professional photographer awhile back so I'm as **** about the photos as I am the car!

Icat,

Were you able to install your factory wheel locks on the front of your car?

I did this change, and used the same stud for front and back. As it turns out, my front lug bolts were a little long. I got the locks on the rears but not the fronts.

Porsche does offer a shorter lug bolt. Someday I will have to replace the fronts with the shorter lug bolts.
