Question SPEC, KEP or South Bend?

There is a ton to search on clutches but not all in one thread that I could find.

Were you posting a link?

I saw the thread with Rogue about the KEP PP issues and breaking forks.

"Clutch for street/track "

Ok, saw that one. Didn't solve much so I was hoping to put a pros/cons list in this thread.

I guess like most products it is always half say its good and half say its bad.

I see that you are NOT a fan of Spec?

The appeal of southbend is the choice of friction material, and the fact that they rebuild your disk / pressure plate, to like new or better than new... for a portion of the cost... linked thread lists price as $175 for relining / rebuild of disk and pressure plate!

Excellent!

Talking to SB now about the rebuild/relining.

I am in the middle of a 2.8 swap with my Super 75 and 18-20psi, Rogue tuned, etc. and will be north of 450wtq and currently running stock PP and Cup disk which has held fine for my current set up; about 350-360wtq.

But I am sure and being told I will need more than that for another 100 tq give or take.

I paid ~$600 with no cores for rebuild. Price seemed pretty good for what you get, too. The PP clamping force is increased, but by how much, I don't know.
