Post help with chips problem-smoking at start-up etc

A month ago I put in Huntley chips plus reliaboost controller, the exhaust smokes a lot when I start from cold/ uneven idle- it then disappears after about 20 seconds- after that the car ran fine idle/low and high boost etc. It didnt smoke when ha
Today I started the car as normal onto my driveway to cleam it. The afterwards i went to start it and although it started fine it was smokey as usual but sounded very rough and would not pull away. It sounds like its running out of fuel even though I know there,s fuel in it- the engine would die if I took my foot off the gas pedal.
Ive looked through the archives and cant see anything with the same problem.
Its not losing any water, so I assume the head gasket is ok.
I will replace the chips with the original ones tommorrow anyway; although as I said it did run fine for a month with the Huntley chips in, and remove the boost controller.

Anyone any ideas/ any help Im really worried as I dont think replacing the chips would solve the problem, The car is now not driveable.
Ill clean the plugs as well, It does sound a bit like its not running on all cylinders.
Any help would be appreciated.

It could be a blown head gasket, or your car is running lean.
