Adjustable Fuel pressure Regulator Question

Question Adjustable Fuel pressure Regulator Question

Folks ... I have a stock 1986 951 with a newer stock Wastegate (from Chris White), jetted banjo bolt, engine is in excellent health, and would like to upgrade from a 2.5 bar fuel pressure regulator to a 3 bar or adjustable. What would be better (I presume adjustable would be better)?

What model would be better? Pros/cons?
Is there a Vendor in Canada? (Hate to pay duties, taxes but if I must, I guess I have to <img border="0" alt="[crying]" title="" src="graemlins/crying.gif" /> )?

My wrench will install and set up (off the clock!!!!) whatever I go with. Thanks,

Give Blaszak (Canada) a call and talk it over with him, he knows a lot about the 951.

You normal go to an adjustable after you do mods and need more fuel to get the desired AFR.

Little better boost performance ... according to my wrench. He tunes cars for the track, GT2, usually they have all the upgrades installed at the same time.
