Dave,

What did I post that was not factual? I thought I was rather nice about my posting and did not slander anyone.

dmeoffitt, you need to reread Tim's post...

He basically said he didn't know why the guy went with the SFR (his company's) intercooler because he has the Lindsey stage 5 unit in his race car. He then went on to list the benefits of the Lindsey unit...

Why do these post have to turn into pissing matches with vender loyalty? I have been racing for years and have learned one thing, use what works best no matter who it's from. I have alot of sponsers for my race car(IDRC QUICK class) and only use what works best, I don't give a rats *** if vender A has a part he want's to give me for free even if it isn't the best, but if vender B has a part I know will work better, hell, I will even pay for it. As for all the Venders I have used for my Porsche's, I like them all, but i will pick and choose between them for what will suit my needs, so far GURU, Lindsey, SFR and even Windwood have all been great.

Tim was qouting what 944turbo wrote, but without using the qoute-feature.

It would definatly be "corporate suicide" if Tim/SFR would use another company's IC on their own race car! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" />

Hey I thought he was doing a noble thing and admitting Lindsey had a better product (dont know if this is true or if its the other way around)...

Oh well, thanks for the correction.

i'm not trying to start any sort of pissing match, nor vendor war (read my comment re: burying the hatchet). i do business with both SFR and Lindsey, it's like voting in an election, i'm not a straight-party guy, i vote issues (in this case, i buy parts from who makes what i feel is the best, not just from one source).

tim, re: your post, i guess i mis-read it as if you were saying your IC had those features and others' did not. sorry

Hey guys,

The initial cooment that enouraged me to respond was.........

I have the Lindsey stage 5 intercooler on my race car .. it works great. Not sure why u
went
with the SFR unit.

Apparently, this person was unsure of why someone would choose something other then the Lindsey intercooler. I then stated the benefits of using our products to clear up any misconceptions. Thats it, nothing more and nothing less. I do not want to start a flame war so I will not post another response to this thread.
