Default Please help diagnose drivetrain noise/whine. With video

Hello,
I am wondering what makes a loud whining noise, only when I am cruising with very little gas, i.e especially when following traffic slightly downhill, with minimal throttle applied just to not engine brake.
Whine comes in, it sounds like it must be from the torque tube, from the tranny or from the clutch area.
If I shift from i.e 3rd during whine, into neutral, without clutch, whine stops.
If I press clutch during whine, it stops. Just a small force applied to clutch will stop whine.
If I apply throttle harder, whine stops.
Whine is like a vibrating high noise. Like a bearing without oil or similar at higher revs.

What can this be? Throw out bearing? Torque tube? Transmission? Clutch?

Do you hear a similar noise with the engine running in neutral and clutch released?

Do you have a solid transaxle mount or is it damaged?

Sounds like a trany noise. Is it the original trany and how many miles? Original trany mount?

Thanks for help. No noise with engine in neutral and clutch released. There is an original transaxle mount, not sure which condition that has. Original transmission. ABout 100k miles.
Could it be the trans mount?

I took off the exhaust just to verify it wasn't that, and it the car was still doing the noise.
I think it boils down to:
a) Clutch issues
b) Torque tube (What can go wrong with torque tubes?)
c) Transmission muntt

Where would you put your money?

It's the bearings that wear out on the TT. But you notice how all the possible symptoms, you'll need to take the trans off?...
